THIS
AGREEMENT dated as of Effective Date of Agreement April 8 ,2005
between
The Master Chef/THE PASSIONATE PALATE SHOW of 22, NV (the Ò1st PartyÓ)
and P . (the Ò2nd Alexis smithÓ Boston Ma.
IN
CONSIDERATION of the mutual covenants and conditions hereinafter set forth and
for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which
is hereby g 30 days after sine, acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:
Freeman
Watson LLC. gives the following contract to Alexis Smith . to bring Her
on board with the Passionate Palate Show,/Staff ? Sub which s for a 3#
year period . All food/hotel/air travel paid for by master chef llc.
This
contract can be amended by both parties in writing. 1) Stephanie Alexis Smith
will receive $150.000 per Year, Talent/ payments $20.000 after each ten shows
completed .A $5.000.00 bal at last shows , taped .also Payed and 5% above pay
on products to Alexis Smith products And And Items sold on
QVC Master Chef LLCfor 20 years as they are sold. Is a registered company
with the state of Nevada.
Pr/photo
shoots 40 hr per mouth are req. any thing over will be payed at 25.OO per hour
above the $150.000.00
Alexis
Smith agrees to release and give permission to use photos, voice and
videos to promote chef Watsons image for marketing product lines and to
promote The Passionate Palate Show. of photos chef retans ownership
she will be paid as sub contract/ employee of the Master Chef LLC> a co amx
gold card will be issued for co use
Alexis
will rec, a 1000.00 christmas
gift. After 7 mouths with
the chef, and rental staff car .starting August 2005 , car use for
her use , and owned by the ..Master Chef LLC
This
Agreement is sets forth the entire agreement between the parties relating to
the subject matter here of and stands in the place of any previous agreement,
whether oral or in writing. The parties agree that no amendment to this
Agreement shall be binding upon the parties health care will be given Master
Chef LLC pays 90% Blue Cross,
